Prof. Santini, I have been diagnosed with A-Fib about three years ago. Beside the A-Fib I have an AVM ( arteriovenous malformation )That means I cannot have any anticoagulants. What sort of Ablation can I have that there is no use of anticoagulants. They have mentioned to me the MINI Maze. Can the Mini Maze be done without anticoagulants? Does the Mini Maze can be done in Italy?. If yes which Hospital. It will be very appreciated your reply.
